Join The Table View Neighbourhood Watch

Table View has decided to join the ranks of several successful Neighbourhood Watch groups throughout the world. Be part of the solution in reducing crime in your area and join your neighbours in becoming members of Table View Watch.

Table View Neighbourhood WatchIn its broadest perspective, the Table View Watch program will bring together regional law enforcement, city officials and the residents of the neighbourhood in a working relationship to lower the occurrence of crime and criminal behaviour in Table View. These crimes threaten every member of every single area and the most successful option to reduce this crime and criminal behaviour is by way of a Neighbourhood Watch program.

Trustees and local residents of Sectional Title Complexes can register and have their complex registered as a separate Neighbourhood Watch area and owners and residents of the units can become proactive in fighting crime in the Complex.

The Community Police Forum are in the process of creating the broadest system of Neighbourhood Watches to all local residents in all sections of Table View and are seeking committed people who will be eager to join these efforts in establishing and being proactive in the accomplishment of this hub.

Full training will be available to members of the Table View Watch by the SAPS and the Cape Town Department of Community Safety.
